April Lynn C. Lee-Tan, CFA is Vice President at COL Financial Group, Inc. and has been Head of Research since 2003.

Tan served as president of CFA Society Philippines from 2009 to 2016.

Before assuming the post of President, she also served as the association’s Secretary and has been the Director of the Investment Research Challenge Committee since 2008.

Tan has been involved in equity research since 1996 when she joined the research team of COL Financial Group, Inc.

She is a Certified Securities Representative and in 2000, earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Tan regularly teaches finance courses for the Philippine Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission and appears in local business programs as a resource person for stock market matters.

Tan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University.
